Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beacon, the enterprise AI agent platform operated by Haven ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Beacon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Beacon is an enterprise AI agent platform that enables organizations to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered workflows and agents. The platform provides tools for agent orchestration, workflow automation, compliance management, and integration with third-party AI models and data sources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To use Beacon, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Enterprise administrators are responsible for managing access within their organization, including assigning roles, permissions, and ensuring that all users within their workspace comply with these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Beacon to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Build or deploy agents that generate harmful, misleading, or deceptive content
• Attempt to circumvent platform safety controls, compliance gates, or rate limits
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Use the platform to develop competing products or services
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the service
• Share account credentials or access tokens with unauthorized parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Beacon, including its design, code, documentation, and trademarks, is the property of Haven and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.

You retain ownership of all data, workflows, and configurations you create using Beacon. By using the platform, you grant Haven a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Beacon facilitates interactions with AI models that generate content, including text, code, and structured data. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions. Haven does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose. Your use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Beacon. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

In no event shall Haven's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the platform. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Upon termination, your right to use Beacon ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Beacon after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
